A Senshi's Sacrifice

Artist notes: This is one of my favorite pictures to date. The feeling behind it and raw emotion of giving up all you have for those that are important to you.

It was a long battle, only one thing left to do but, Pour all of her power in to the Three Sacred Gems from her scepter. She shattered her scepter, releasing the Gems of Life, Love and Willpower. Holding them close to her heart, before thrusting them in to the air above her"

"Oh Creator of life, giver of love and willpower. Grant me the strength to protect my sisters" 

The light poured from the gems, driving back the darkness momentarily before engulfing Barnard 30 entirely.
